Co-founder & CEO of Parity (YC S24) - Building the world's first AI SRE
MIT CS '22 β’ Previously at Crusoe, Settle, Bridgewater, Apple β’ From upstate South Carolina
Wilson is the Co-founder and CEO of Parity (YC S24), the world's first AI Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) that serves as the first line of defense for on-call engineers working with Kubernetes.
Before founding Parity, Wilson worked as a software engineer at Crusoe, building a climate-aligned cloud powered by renewables. He also gained experience at Settle as a product engineer, Bridgewater, and Apple.
Wilson graduated from MIT in 2022 with a degree in Computer Science, focusing on systems. Originally from upstate South Carolina, he now works from San Francisco.
βChances are you or someone you know has had a terrible on-call experience. 2am pings on the weekends. A week of lugging your laptop around to the gym, your best friend's birthday party, etc. Engineers often write off the week knowing that they'll make 0 progress on their actual work and instead spend it deep in k8s hell.β
Parity integrates with alerting solutions like PagerDuty and Datadog to automatically triage incoming alerts.
Before you've opened your laptop, Parity has conducted an investigation to determine root cause.
Suggests remediation steps and can execute runbooks just like a human engineer would.
When not building the future of incident response, Wilson loves to climb, ski, hike, backpack, run, and bike. He's an aspiring ski mountaineer who loves any chance for multidisciplinary adventures in the outdoors.
Parity is revolutionizing how engineers handle incidents, making on-call a thing of the past with AI-powered incident response.
